Our internship program isn’t a typical internship — it’s an intensive, six-month learning journey designed to build strong foundations in data, cloud, DevOps, AI, and Agile practices.
About the Program
Interns are paid to learn, spending their time mastering the technologies and disciplines that define modern engineering. The program combines structured learning with hands-on assignments, continuous evaluations, and personalized mentorship.
Each intern is paired with a dedicated Learning Coordinator — a mentor and accountability coach who guides them through technical, communication, and professional development milestones. Alongside core engineering skills, interns are trained in written and oral communication, Agile project management, and client engagement — shaping them into well-rounded professionals ready for real-world challenges.
This program serves as a finishing school — bridging the gap between academic learning and industry readiness. Over 90% of our interns receive full-time offers upon completion and transition directly into client-facing roles within DataGrokr’s delivery teams.
